Die m\u00f6gliche Differenzierung zwischen Wohn- und Gewerbegrundst\u00fccken wurde aus Gr\u00fcnden der Rechtsunsicherheit nicht vorgenommen. Bereits im Vorjahr waren die Hebes\u00e4tze erh\u00f6ht worden, bei der Grundsteuer A von 300 auf 320 v.H., bei der Grundsteuer B von 500 auf 520 v.H. F\u00fcr die Stadt bleibt das Steueraufkommen insgesamt neutral, durch die Grundsteuerreform verschieben sich die Kosten f\u00fcr die Grundst\u00fcckseigent\u00fcmer.
